When a foreclosed home sells for more than what was owed, the state may hold the difference for the former owner. Foreclosure Recovery Inc. finds out whether funds are held in a family's name and handles the claim with them. There are no upfront fees; we are paid only when funds are recovered. Answer families' questions while their surplus funds claim moves through the state process.
What you will do
- Answer claimant calls, emails and texts, and explain where their claim stands.
- Escalate urgent issues (deadlines, missing documents) the same day.
- Keep notes in the claim file so anyone on the team can pick up the conversation.
What you need
- A clear, confident phone voice. You will record a short sample of a sales script as part of your application.
- Strong written communication by email, text and chat.
- Reliable internet, a computer and a phone you can use for work.
- Authorized to work in the United States and living in the U.S.
How pay works
- Paid per hour or per assignment. The rate is in your written offer before you start.
- This is an independent contractor (1099) role, not employment. You set your own hours, use your own phone and computer, and are responsible for your own taxes.
- Applying is free. We will never ask you to pay to apply.
How to apply
- Create a free JobGiant account and confirm your email.
- Upload your resume (PDF, DOC or DOCX) and add your social media links and sales experience.
- Record yourself reading a short Foreclosure Recovery Inc. script (about 30 to 45 seconds), right in your browser, or upload a recording.
