The role

• As a Principal Consultant in our Global Analytics Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI.
• You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.
• Veeva Analytic Business Consulting removes the legacy barrier of data preparation by bringing pre-integrated, industry best-in-class data to generate high-impact insights.
• Our analyses jump start field activation, pinpoint the right patient populations and HCPs, driving higher engagement and improving patient outcomes

What you’ll do

Project Mastery: Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teams Strategic Growth: Lead and own Business Development for Global Analytics, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+ People Leadership: Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for the professional growth and delivery standards of the practice Thought Leadership: Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in Global Analytics to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life Sciences Customer Success: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve their most critical challenges Requirements Experience: 10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred) Track Record: Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in varying healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, and reference) and industry-specific analytics use cases such as segmentation & targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment.
