Job Summary: This role will support design development of the architecture and supporting equipment for the Knoxville Execution Center by preparing studies, drawings, calculations, specifications, and evaluations, in accordance with applicable procedures, codes, standards, and contract requirements. The successful candidate must have strong organizational and teamwork skills, proven problem-solving abilities, a can-do attitude, and the desire to innovate designs.

Major Responsibilities: Preparation of original architectural designs layouts, details, drawings and specifications for buildings. Originate and review architectural 3D model content using Revit Prepares or assists in the preparation of cost estimates and quantity take-offs for architectural elements. Demonstrating awareness of the implications of building codes and project requirements Working collaboratively in a cross-discipline environment to produce integrated project documents Participate in resolution of technical issues with customers and construction.
