About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, technically proficient E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day backend operations and help keep the business running smoothly. This role focuses on Shopify administration, inventory coordination, order accuracy, and operational task management. You will work behind the scenes to maintain accurate product listings, coordinate with fulfillment teams, and ensure wholesale orders are processed and shipped correctly and on time.

You will also serve as the operational link between the Sales Director and the fulfillment team, helping resolve discrepancies and maintain clear communication across departments. This is a hands-on execution role best suited for someone who enjoys working independently, managing details, following established processes, and keeping operational systems organized and up to date.
