Marketing and Sales Administrator

Looking for Philippines-based candidates Job Role: Marketing and Sales Administrator Compensation range: $1,500 AUD - $2,000 AUD / Monthly Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role overview

• You’ll sit at the centre of the agency’s growth engine.
• You’ll own a database of 30,000+ contacts, keep it clean and organised, and run a consistent nurture program so past clients, buyers and potential sellers hear from us at the right time.
• You’ll be on the phones connecting with homeowners, qualifying appraisal leads and booking them in for the principal.
• You’ll also support marketing and bring practical AI and automation skills that make every follow-up faster and more reliable
