Who We’re Looking For: We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to independently manage end-to-end payroll operations for Group 3 PE. The role is based in Ukraine

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and tax accounting for Group 3 PE (Unified Tax, Unified Social Contribution, Military Levy).
• Opening and managing bank accounts (in UAH and foreign currencies) and working with online banking systems.
• Monitoring income and expenses; maintaining revenue records.
• Preparing and processing primary accounting documents (invoices, acts of acceptance, delivery notes, contracts, etc.).
• Compiling, verifying, and submitting tax returns and reports.
• Monitoring the payment of taxes and other mandatory contributions.
• Working with electronic platforms and software (Taxpayer's Electronic Cabinet, 1C, Vchasno, Diia, etc.).
• Providing consultations on the proper conduct of business activities for UA FOP.
• Proficiency in registering, closing, and updating UA FOP data via the "Diia" platform
