The Platform Design and Research team at Coinbase plays a critical role in executing on our vision to create more economic freedom for the world and sits at the center of building products across the company. We design the core platforms and internal tools that accelerate product development and operations across Coinbase, and we're building the most secure, trusted, and easy-to-use experiences for the teams that build on top of our platform.

You'll join our Infra pillar, partnering closely with engineering leadership to bring design rigor to the internal tools and dashboards Coinbase teams rely on every day, from configuration and deployment tooling to observability and operational dashboards. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll independently define the problem space for these often-ambiguous, engineer-facing tools, using research and usage data to shape a roadmap that doesn't yet exist, and lead design end-to-end from discovery through launch
