The role

• We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and autonomous Business Development Representative to help fuel our next stage of hyper-growth.
• This is an exciting time for you to join the team: our customer base is expanding globally, our product is evolving fast, and our sales engine is scaling like never before.
• As a BDR in our Business Development team, you will be the first point of contact for all of Paddle’s sales efforts.
• You’ll create demand, spark meaningful conversations, and build early relationships that turn into qualified pipeline to arm your counterparts on the Account Executive team.
• Your core tasks will involve researching, prospecting, prioritizing accounts, educating prospects, and converting interest into high-quality meetings.
• This role places you at the centre of a high-performing GTM function.
