Position Summary AutoRABIT is seeking an exceptional Distinguished Software Engineer (IC-7) to serve as one of the highest level technical individual contributors in our global Engineering organization. This role is intended for an engineer with extraordinary technical depth, demonstrated industry expertise, and a proven ability to solve complex engineering challenges that impact multiple products, teams, and business objectives.

This is not a traditional architect or people management position. We are looking for a highly accomplished, AI forward, hands on engineer who combines strategic technical leadership with the ability and willingness to write production code, build sophisticated solutions, and personally drive critical engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Java, distributed systems, enterprise SaaS platforms, and modern cloud technologies.

They must also bring meaningful, demonstrated experience applying artificial intelligence to software products and engineering workflows. As a Distinguished Engineer, you will influence AutoRABIT's long term technical direction, establish engineering standards, mentor senior technical leaders, and lead the implementation of our most complex and business critical solutions.
