MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Senior Instructional Developer, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of United States Postal Service (USPS). You will play a crucial role in designing and developing engaging learning experiences for the implementation of software.

● Lead/Manage/Support development of instructor led and virtual learning content. ● Collaborate with government agencies, subject matter experts and instructional designers to learn requirements and build innovative training programs and content. ● Drive performance by planning, developing, managing and evaluating in-person, online and hybrid software training programs.

● Utilize delivery modalities such as webinars, web-based training, in-person instructor-led training, user guides, and online help systems. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Bring your instructional design and development expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. Knowledge and application of adult learning theory.

Working knowledge of Section 508 compliance, and conversion of training and supporting documentation into 508 compliant products. ● US citizenship required This position will support multiple contracts within GDIT. As such, candidates must meet the following citizenship and clearance requirements prior to employment start date: ·Must be a U.S. citizen.
