Procurement Operations Manager

As Zoox scales, so does the complexity of sourcing and managing the services that support our business. In this role, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities, from supporting the deployment of a new business process outsourcing (BPO) relationship to helping drive the process improvements that make procurement work better for everyone at Zoox.

You'll have the opportunity to build from the ground up, deepen your knowledge of enterprise procurement operations, and grow your program and project management skills along the way. In this role you will: Support the deployment and day-to-day oversight of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) BPO engagement covering offshore BuyDesk, sourcing support, supplier management, and contracting support.

Help build standard operating procedures (SOPs), governance, and escalation workflows for the BPO relationship. Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to hold the BPO accountable for service quality. Participate in procurement operations improvement projects that streamline how the business sources, buys, and manages suppliers.
