The role

• We’re looking for a Senior Content Writer to help shape how Paddle shows up in the world.
• This is a writing role for someone who can take complex product ideas and push the boundaries of B2B content with bold stories, turning product launches, feature releases and customer problems into work people genuinely want to read.
• We’re looking for strong storytelling, journalistic instincts and a clear point of view, with the craft to make complicated subjects memorable.
• You’ll adapt ideas for different audiences and channels.
• You’ll use AI tools thoughtfully while maintaining human judgement, accuracy and originality.
• You’ll partner with Product, Product Marketing, Communications, Design and subject-matter experts to develop content with a clear point of view

What you’ll do

Develop original, customer-centric editorial and product content across our content ecosystem. Find sharp angles and strong points of view for product stories, launches, campaigns, customer stories and other content. Turn product strategy, customer problems and technical detail into clear narratives that build understanding and adoption.
