Talent Acquisition Specialist (6-Month FTC)

Strong experience recruiting across commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success or Product, as well as technical hiring when needed. Experience designing, implementing or continuously improving recruitment processes, frameworks and hiring practices, with a focus on consistency, efficiency and quality of hire. Strong existing network within the software, SaaS or B2B technology sector, with demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates through professional communities, referrals, direct sourcing and personal networks.
