Reddit is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the product management of our Finance SaaS portfolio, our systems that run treasury, planning, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, quote-to-cash, payroll, and equity. This is a player-coach role: you'll coach and manage a small team of SaaS product managers who each own a domain of Finance's application stack, while personally owning your own set of applications as a player.
This role serves as the orchestration layer for Finance and AI Transformation, requiring you to advise senior executives, influence strategic direction, and navigate complex matrixed environments to translate high-level strategy into measurable business outcomes. You set the product vision and roadmap across the Finance SaaS landscape, decide what gets built and bought, drive adoption, and own the vendor relationships that underpin the stack.
You partner closely with the Enterprise Architecture & Engineering team. They own how systems are built and integrated; you own what we build, why, and when. You will be at the forefront of our AI-first finance strategy, championing the next generation of intelligent automation to redefine efficiency and scalability across our global operations.
