The role

• As an Account Executive, New Markets at Medely, you’ll be responsible for opening entirely new territories and bringing our healthcare staffing platform to markets where we have little to no existing presence.
• You’ll build demand from the ground up, establish relationships with outpatient healthcare facilities, and close net-new business.
• This is a true hunter role with no SDR/BDR support.
• You will own the full new-business motion end-to-end: including self-prospecting, generating your own pipeline, and executing creative, multi-channel outreach strategies to break into new accounts.
• Success in this role requires grit, strong organization, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• You’ll be navigating multiple stakeholders across the full sales cycle, testing what works, and creating pipeline where none exists.
• If you're a seller who thrives with autonomy and are motivated by building something from scratch, this is for you
