Reporting to the Senior Director of Ads Business Development, this role is responsible for scaling and managing strategic partners across the advertising ecosystem. As a Senior Ads Business Development & Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role on the Business Development team, working directly with Customer Data Platforms, Store Builders, and Brand Safety Partners.

In this role, you will combine sharp attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills to align internal and external stakeholders, driving high-impact partnerships and complex projects to success

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, monitor, and optimize first-class partnership programs across the ad ecosystem. Own strategic partner agreements spanning third-party data licensing, identity graphs, data clean rooms, and audience expansion. Serve as an ad-ecosystem thought leader and an ambassador for Reddit across the industry.
