You won’t just be managing lists – you’ll be responsible for the creator strategy for some of our most important brands. Your mission: build a strong creator network, develop creators strategically, and turn TikTok trends into formats that actually drive sales. Join one of Europe’s most sought-after TikTok Shop agencies and take ownership of creator management and operational execution.

Brand Ownership: You manage a selection of our core brands as their dedicated point of contact – from creator strategy to performance, always keeping the brand identity in mind. Trend & Format Development: You spot emerging TikTok trends early and turn them into new content formats that convert and scale. Creator Coaching: You actively support our affiliate partners with hooks, trend insights, and content feedback – helping them create videos that don’t just look good, but actually sell.

Creator Scouting & Development: You identify promising creators, bring them on board, and build long-term partnerships instead of relying on one-off collaborations. Creative Briefing: You translate brand goals into clear, actionable briefs that empower creators to produce TikTok-native content that performs. TikTok Collaboration: You stay in regular contact with TikTok’s own teams, keep up with algorithm updates, and leverage new features strategically for your brands
