About The Role & Team Amplitude is looking for an experienced Legal Operations Manager to build and scale the systems, processes, and technology that help our Legal team operate at its best.

You will partner across Commercial, Product, Privacy, Corporate, Finance, IT, and other teams to simplify how legal work gets done, improve visibility into priorities and risk, and create a more seamless experience for internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on role for a thoughtful operator who is excited to use automation and AI-enabled technology responsibly to reduce manual work, improve knowledge access, and help the Legal team move faster without compromising quality, security, or judgment.

You will own key legal operations initiatives, from contract workflows and reporting to legal technology strategy, change management, and scalable team processes. As a Legal Operations Manager, you will: Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable workflows across the Legal team, including commercial, product, privacy, corporate, and compliance-related work.
