About the role

We are looking for a Product Engineer to join our Product organization and become the bridge between our customers and our product. In this role, you will lead a major strategic initiative: driving the expansion of our customers from our Kubernetes management platform to a next-generation platform designed to build, manage, monitor, and operate custom-built internal agents running on production-grade services.

You will directly own the success of this flagship rollout - ensuring seamless customer onboarding, active platform adoption, and enabling teams to successfully create and manage production-grade agents. In addition to leading this core migration, you will work closely with a portfolio of customers, becoming a trusted partner within their teams and helping them get maximum value from Komodor.

At the same time, you’ll bring the customer voice back into Product - sharing feedback, identifying recurring needs, and collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to continuously refine the platform. This is a highly hands-on role that combines technical expertise in cloud-native platforms, project management, customer-facing skills, and strong cross-functional execution
