About the role

Hinge is hiring a Senior UX Researcher to join the Dating Outcomes research team, supporting our mission of helping people find meaningful romantic connections. In this role, you will lead quant and qual research methods to understand what helps daters move conversations forward with confidence after they match, and what helps that connection carry beyond the app itself and into a real date

Responsibilities

• Shape research roadmap: Shape the research roadmap for the Interaction product team so that research informs product decision making and drives product strategy.
• Develop and execute end-to-end research: Conduct end-to-end research using appropriate methods that range from strategic to iterative and evaluative to help the team achieve goals.
• Deliver high-impact insights at velocity: Generate clear, actionable insights that drive decisions and build momentum towards our mission.
• Be a proactive cross-functional partner: Independently partner with other researchers, product, design, and data science to identify research needs and key opportunities.
• Champion team culture: Model honest, empathetic feedback and contribute to a culture grounded in curiosity, rigor, deep user empathy – and fun
