Principal Product Manager, Ads

About us

At TeamSnap, we believe when the world connects through sports; the world becomes better. TeamSnap is a sports and communication platform dedicated to taking the work out of play in youth sports. We also believe our jobs should excite us, our teammates should support us and our bosses should inspire us.

We empower our people to bring big ideas and tiny egos, landing us on Outside Magazine’s list of “ Best Places to Work" and Built In’s “ 100 Best Remote-First Places to Work." TeamSnap is hiring a Principal Product Manager, Ads to reimagine and build an advertising solution for the next generation of our platform. TeamSnap today has a scaled advertising business.

For years, top national and regional brands have reached millions of youth sports families through the TeamSnap app. What's next is building an ad product for where we're going. As we bring our millions of parents, coaches, and players onto a new, unified TeamSnap experience, the ads business gets rebuilt with it, from a blank slate.

This is a unique and rare product opportunity. You'll be rebuilding advertising at a company that has already proven the demand — real advertisers, real revenue — and playing the lead role in deciding what the future of advertising looks like at TeamSnap. The formats, the placements, the measurement, and the standards that keep all of it worthy of the families who trust us and deliver on our advertisers' objectives.
