About the team

Growth Marketing B2B brings doctors and clinics to Docplanner and turns them into customers. We own the B2B funnel across all our markets: lead generation, MQL quality and reachability, and the hand-off to Sales. We believe AI will change how B2B marketing works, and we want to lead that change, not follow it.

That means testing new AI tools, agents and automations fast, keeping what moves the funnel, and turning it into the standard way every marketing team at Docplanner works. We work the way Docplanner works: results over tasks, lean and hands-on, learning by doing

Job description

As AI Project Manager in Growth Marketing B2B, you find, test and launch the AI tools and solutions that make our whole marketing team faster and more effective. You own each project end to end: from the first idea or use case to a setup that markets run on their own and that shows up in the business numbers. You are accountable for the outcome, not for tracking tasks.
