The Role_ // At Masabi, we're building technology that makes public transport simpler, fairer and more accessible for millions of people.

Behind every agency that runs on our platform is a commercial agreement someone had to shape, negotiate and close. As our Legal Counsel, you'll work closely with our General Counsel, leading on our largest and most complex commercial deals. Much of the work follows one opportunity from beginning to end.

It starts with major tenders and public procurements, where you'll shape our position on the terms we can work with and the ones worth challenging. From there you'll take the deal through negotiation to signature, with colleagues across the business bringing the commercial and technical detail. Underneath runs the advisory side: data protection and privacy, IP and licensing, and the questions that come with operating across several markets.
