Founding Recruiter (m/f/x)

01 · Why this role exists Invest in Values. Produce in Freedom. Boost Europe.

Behind every megawatt hour our clients save, there are people who make it happen. RIZM helps Europe's largest industrial companies – together around 2% of Europe's total energy demand – make their energy decisions with AI. Our agent RIZMO works as a digital colleague.

But the most important colleagues are the ones we haven't found yet. That's your job. We're about 15 people today and growing fast.

There is no recruiting playbook yet, no big HR department and no "that's how we've always done it". You'll write the playbook. Not as application admin, but as the person who shapes who RIZM becomes.

02 · Hi, we're Diana and Josh – we'll be working together I'm Diana, 20, I study civil engineering in Münster and I currently run recruiting at RIZM on my own, 20 hours a week. That's not enough for what's ahead of us, which is why we're looking for you. You'll be in our Munich office – I'm based in Münster and will come over regularly.

Josh, our co-founder & CBO, comes from statistics and risk management and will be your sparring partner whenever you need one – for tricky candidates, for offers and for figuring out who we need next.
