The role

Palantir’s in-house Legal team works to proactively address legal issues and enable the growth of our business so that Palantir can continue to drive positive impact in the world. Legal Operations is the backbone of the Legal team and is key to fulfilling Palantir’s mission. In that pursuit, we strive to cultivate Palantir's philosophy, develop relationships across the company, and operate with a service mindset.

As a Legal Operations Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for operational questions and requests, providing guidance where appropriate and coordinating with the right Legal stakeholders.

You will be responsible for executing on workflows as well as streamlining strategic processes and operational functions of the Legal team. You will also work closely with other Legal Operations teammates to help implement key systems, optimize processes, manage projects, and create objectives and performance metrics. You will partner your colleagues across Legal to understand the needs and develop and execute solutions that scale alongside the business.
