Senior AI/ML Engineer, remote in Canada: own the AI that assesses patients for US healthcare providers and gets them to the right mental health care faster. The role

• As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will take ownership of the AI in our clinical assessment product for US healthcare organizations.
• A patient describes what they are struggling with in a conversation with our AI, which gathers their history, administers standard clinical questionnaires such as PHQ-9 and GAD-7, detects risk and recommends a treatment program for the organization’s clinicians to review.
• Every organization configures it for its own services, so the AI has to be safe and accurate across many clinical setups, not just one.
• The approach is proven at scale in the NHS, where it increased referrals from minority groups by 29%, as published in Nature Medicine.
• You will work in North American hours alongside product, engineering and clinical colleagues, in close collaboration with our ML team in London.
• Our AI products are built on shared platforms for agents, evaluation and safety, so the systems you design are reused across Limbic
