We are committed to supporting one another and growing together as a team. THE OPPORTUNITY This is an Exempt, Full-Time role, expected to work approximately 40 hours per week.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Partner Insights & Operations, the Data Insights & Operations Manager will lead how ANet turns data into insights that school and system leaders use to make decisions. Insights is one of ANet’s biggest bets: data is only as valuable as the insights drawn from it, and this role makes sure decision makers can make meaning of relevant data quickly and at scale.

The Data Insights & Operations Manager will be responsible for shaping and leading the production of insights for our partners, and ensuring there is the right data to create those insights through cross functional collaboration. TRAVEL Approximately 2 times a year RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the production of standardized and partner insights Shape and execute the approach for content and delivery of partner insights - standardized and partner specific Ensure clear roles and responsibilities for production and distribution of insights Review qualitative and quantitative data alongside the team to ensure insights are achieving intended outcomes Identify opportunities to build efficiency, precision, and actionability into partner insights (standardized and partner specific) Pilot other approaches to insight generation and visualization aimed at scaling standardized insight delivery Build efficiency, precision and actionability into insights, and pilot new approaches to generation and visualization (including AI) to scale delivery without proportional headcount.
