Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial real estate transaction documents Handle acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint venture matters from start to finish Lead due diligence and closing processes across multiple active deals Advise clients on legal and business issues tied to development and investment transactions Partner with senior attorneys, clients, and counterparties to move deals forward efficiently Manage sophisticated matters with a high degree of independence and sound judgment Stay current on market trends and real estate law developments impacting clients and transactions Qualifications J.D.
