After a short questionnaire and a consultation, a customer who qualifies receives a signed ESA housing letter or a psychiatric service dog travel letter. The licensed professional makes the decision. What you will do
- Answer questions about which letter fits (housing or psychiatric service dog travel) and how the process works.
- Help schedule consultations and track letter delivery.
- Explain the refund policy exactly as written. The licensed professional, not us, decides who qualifies.
What you need
- A clear, confident phone voice. You will record a short sample of a sales script as part of your application.
- Strong written communication by email, text and chat.
- Reliable internet, a computer and a phone you can use for work.
- Authorized to work in the United States and living in the U.S.
How pay works
- Paid per hour or per assignment. The rate is in your written offer before you start.
- This is an independent contractor (1099) role, not employment. You set your own hours, use your own phone and computer, and are responsible for your own taxes.
