No payments are live yet. Counsel must approve final refund, cancellation, and negative-option (trial conversion) wording, including the FTC click-to-cancel rule and state automatic-renewal laws, before any charge is taken.
One credit pays for one application submitted for you and recorded in your proof log. New free accounts include 25 credits with no card required. The Starter Pack is $125 for 125 submissions, delivered within a 30-day window. Credit top-up packs and monthly plans add more. Purchased credits never expire; credits earned through promotions expire 90 days after they post.
A submission is delivered work once it appears in your proof log with its confirmation details. Because staff time is spent at that point, credits for delivered submissions are not refundable.
If something went wrong, contact support within 30 days of the charge. We review requests for undelivered credits, duplicate charges, submissions made against your instructions, and technical failures on our side. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Final refund rules, including any state or provincial requirements, will be set by counsel before paid features launch.
Monthly plans renew each billing period until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. The 14-day Launch trial starts at $0 with a card on file and converts to the paid Launch plan on day 15 unless you cancel first. We send two reminder emails and one SMS before the first charge, and every billing email includes a cancel link.
Cancelling a plan stops future charges; it does not by itself refund past charges. Unused purchased credits stay on your account after cancellation because they do not expire.
Contact us first if a charge looks wrong. Filing a chargeback for delivered work may suspend the account while we resolve it, since the proof log shows what was submitted.
