VP, Post Close, CMS

Responsible for all aspects of the Post Close operations of funded loans from all originating channels; to include loan delivery, endorsement guarantee, records management, due diligence, PCCD compliance. Provide strategic leadership, management guidance, functional support and quality control expertise.

Work with Senior Management and other organization leaders to build the necessary financial and loan quality rigor to effectuate loan quality. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range on this position is $160,000-$180,000 annual salary + annual bonus DOE

What you will do

Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws, including hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; monitoring performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; and resolving problems. Ensure Post Close operations is performing in accordance with the company’s policies & procedures with adherence to regulations and applicable laws, established SLA and Loan Quality metrics.

Function as an important contributor to the organization’s risk management initiatives, and will work closely with the Capital Markets, Secondary Markets, Operations, Quality Control, Loan Servicing, IT and Treasury areas to ensure the integrity of loan quality and monetary control functions. Create a departmental culture that aligns with the organization’s core values, striving for continuous improvement and innovation, precision of execution, and customer focus.
