JOB SUMMARY Coordinates, negotiates, communicates, and manages the care of assigned patient population along a continuum to facilitate achievement of optimal patient outcomes within appropriate LOS and resource utilization parameters

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of a school of nursing. BSN or MSN preferred. Experience: Two (2) to Three (3) years recent clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting required.
