Our hybrid model combines a mix of in-person (AlixPartners office) and remote working.</div> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <p>The PMD Recruiting Director - EMEA is a new, highly visible, and critical role on AlixPartners’ Executive Recruiting team. Reporting to the Global Head, Executive Recruiting, you will lead the executive recruiting team and function in EMEA, covering the UK, DACH, Italy, France, and the Middle East, focused on Partner (non-equity) and Partner & Managing Director (equity) candidates.

You will set the strategy for this dynamic function, create trust-based executive stakeholder relationships, implement best practices, mentor and develop the team, and personally manage multiple searches and candidate relationships.</p> <p>An important focus of this role is building trusted relationships with the highly matrixed EMEA leadership team, including regional and country leaders, and heads of Practices, Industries, and Service Lines.
