This role involves negotiating rates, securing carrier capacity, and coordinating shipments to meet customer requirements. Success in this position requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment. The intent of this role is to deliver exceptional service while optimizing operational efficiency, operating proactively and with attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers to ensure consistent capacity and service quality. Act as the primary point of contact for carrier inquiries, service issues, and performance feedback. Develop strategies to expand carrier network and improve carrier loyalty.
