Operation Mobilization ( OM ) Volunteer Role | Unpaid | Remote | Flexible Schedule Role Overview The Product Owner Volunteer serves as a key link between ministry stakeholders and the Technology Team, helping ensure that application enhancements and technology solutions align with organizational objectives and user needs. This role supports the planning, prioritization, and development of applications that help OM teams serve more effectively around the world.

Responsibilities

Maintain and prioritize application backlogs based on ministry priorities and user needs. Define and document business requirements, user needs, and enhancement requests. Develop clear requirements and user stories to support application improvements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions support ministry objectives. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Document workflows, procedures, and operational requirements.

Gather feedback from users and ministry teams to better understand business needs. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical contributors. Participate in validating and testing application enhancements and new capabilities.
