Lead Maintenance Technician Tuesday - Friday, 3:00AM - 11:30 AM | Saturday 7:00AM – 3:30PM (Schedule subject to change according to business needs.) THE ROLE We’re looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to serve as the single point of technical leadership for our maintenance team at a high-volume pharmacy automation facility.

This is a hybrid technician role — roughly half hands-on technical work and half administrative leadership — making it ideal for an experienced tech who’s ready to step into a leadership position without leaving the tools behind. As the only Lead Tech on the team, you’ll own the full picture: diagnosing and resolving quick-fix issues on the floor, training and developing technicians, tracking equipment downtime, assigning troubleshooting tasks, and driving continuous improvement across maintenance operations.
