Key responsibilities

1. Assist with integrating project schedules, sequencing, and logistics into VDC models to improve planning and project execution. 2.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and design partners to support VDC initiatives throughout all phases of a project. 3. Develop, maintain, and coordinate Building Information Models (BIM) to support project planning, design coordination, and construction execution.

4. Maintain project model standards, documentation, and data accuracy in accordance with organizational and project requirements. 5.

Perform model coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews, working with project teams to identify and resolve design conflicts. 6. Produce construction models, quantity takeoffs, visualizations, and other digital deliverables to support project planning and field operations.

7. Stay current on emerging VDC technologies, software advancements, and industry best practices, recommending opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. 8.
