Job description

• We are seeking a highly technical Atlassian Administrator (Cloud) with deep expertise in API integrations and automation to manage and enhance our Atlassian ecosystem.
• This role focuses on extending Jira and Confluence capabilities through REST APIs, custom automation, marketplace applications, and enterprise system integrations.
• The ideal candidate combines strong platform administration experience with hands-on technical expertise in systems integration and advanced reporting.This position may be based in San Diego, CA; Dallas, TX; or Washington, D.C

What you'll do

Administer and support Atlassian Cloud products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence). Design, configure, and optimize workflows, schemes, automation rules, and governance controls. Develop and maintain REST API integrations, webhooks, and automation solutions.

Build and manage integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., DevOps toolchains, CI/CD platforms, identity providers, and collaboration tools). Configure, manage, and support marketplace applications. Administer Atlassian Access (SSO, SCIM provisioning, and security policies).
