Project Overview: The Field Subcontracts Manager position will be located at one of our LNG project sites in the US Gulf Coast (Texas or Louisiana). These projects typically involve the construction of a mid-scale, mixed-refrigerant Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility consisting of gas pre-treatment unit, condensate stabilization unit and heavy hydrocarbon (HHC) removal and liquefaction groups and associated buildings and utilities, refrigerant storage and marine berths.

Job Summary: In this role, you will lead a dynamic team tasked with the day to day field management and monitoring of subcontracts for various scopes of work. You will manage staffing plans and the execution of the contracts section of the Project Execution Plan. You will allocate workload among team members, manage performance, lead enforcement of contract provisions and provide expert guidance to the team, lead the communication and interface with all other functions at site, lead compliance with IWPP requirements Your oversight will ensure subcontractor performance and activities supports overall project schedule and client deliverables.
