Job Details Navigates teams and leaders on agile implementation to include structure, roles, principles and practices to improve flow, predictability, and outcomes Responsible for planning, organizing, communicating and delivers training programs and workshops for Agile Enablement and Digital Transformation Engagements Works with leaders to map training plans for individuals and teams working through Agile adoption and/or Digital Transformation.

Contributes to the design and development of training programs, both internal and outsourced; reviews, evaluates, modifies and/or creates training materials and educational aids Gathers feedback, assesses instructional effectiveness and analyzes performance results to determine impact of training on skills and KPIs; adjusts training materials and presentations accordingly to drive continuous improvement for training programs Conducts training needs assessments to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses relative to specific groups; provides input for identifying and defining present and future training needs.
