Marketing is becoming more data-driven, automated, and AI-enabled—and the technology behind it needs to evolve just as quickly. Across Match Group, we have an opportunity to build shared capabilities that help our brands make better decisions, move faster, and scale what works across the portfolio. The Senior Director, Growth Technology & Platforms will lead the team responsible for MarTech Engineering, Marketing Data Foundations, Technical Program Management, and Organic Growth.

You’ll set the strategy and roadmap for these capabilities, make clear prioritization and investment decisions, and connect business needs to scalable technology and growth solutions. You’ll lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of approximately 10 people spanning engineering, data, program management, and organic growth. You’ll bring these disciplines together as one cohesive organization, developing technical leaders and functional experts while building shared capabilities used across a global portfolio of consumer products.
