All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. Who The Client Is: Our client is a well-established boutique accounting firm based in Sydney, Australia, providing specialist taxation, accounting, and advisory services to privately owned businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and family groups. Their work extends well beyond standard compliance, with a strong focus on complex business structures, strategic tax planning, and long-term client relationships.

The firm operates in a fully cloud-based environment and values initiative, autonomy, and long-term working relationships. Several existing team members are based in the Philippines and have been with the firm for many years

Role overview

• We're looking for a Junior Accountant with Australian public practice experience to join our growing team.
• In this role, you'll support a portfolio of Australian business clients by managing day-to-day accounting and compliance tasks, including bookkeeping, payroll, BAS and IAS preparation, financial reporting, and tax return preparation.
• You'll work closely with senior accountants and directors to ensure clients receive accurate, timely, and high-quality accounting services.
• This role is ideal for someone who is confident in managing their own workload, enjoys working across multiple clients, and has solid Australian business tax experience
