Operating at the intersection of analytical root cause analysis, strategy, and local execution, this cross-functional team owns the full rider journey-from top-of-funnel acquisition to premium loyalty activations and high-density venue operations

About the role

Uber is looking for a Strategic Operations Manager to join our Germany Country Team, a group dedicated to shaping the future of mobility in one of our most critical \"Star\" markets. This role sits at the intersection of long-term strategy and real-time execution. You will lead the dual engine of Germany's expansion: identifying and scaling high-impact Growth Bets (Teens, Seniors, Courier, Health) and driving Rider Growth across premium product lines, memberships, and loyalty partnerships.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and City Ops to ensure that every rider and driver experience is seamless, whether they are leaving a sold-out stadium or discovering a new Uber product for the first time

What you'll do

Drive Rider Growth Engine: Architect and optimise top-of-funnel and in-funnel rider acquisition, conversion, and resurrection strategies to build the most efficient growth funnel across Germany Drive Premium, Membership & Loyalty: Grow Uber One and the premium LOB mix in Germany. Operationalise loyalty and membership partnerships on the ops side so we actually capture the value we signed up for - e.g. fintech and rewards partners such as Revolut and Air Miles programmes - covering enrolment flows, benefit delivery, redemption tracking and partner reporting.
