Summary of Position: The Production Director at NVE Experience Agency provides strategic and operational leadership across complex client programs, driving project delivery, client satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence. This role leads production strategy and execution for key client relationships, including multi-million-dollar retainer programs and integrated event roadmaps spanning large-scale tentpole experiences and scalable, multi-market field marketing initiatives.

Working closely with agency leadership and cross-functional teams, the Director aligns resources and budgets, elevates production standards, and develops high-performing teams. Job Responsibilities: Project Delivery Lead production across multiple concurrent programs, directly executive producing select high-priority projects as needed. Develop annual production plans and integrated event roadmaps for retainer clients, spanning market launches, tentpole activations, tradeshows, field marketing, pop-ups and partnerships.

Establish repeatable delivery frameworks for multi-market field marketing and recurring activations, ensuring consistent quality, local-market coordination and efficiency. Oversee teams from concept through execution, setting clear ownership, production standards and decision-making expectations. Partner with Creative, Strategy, Account Management and Partnerships to align client objectives with scope, timelines and budget.
