In this role, you’ll be an important connection between patients and their healthcare teams, helping make the healthcare experience easier through accurate scheduling, clear communication, and exceptional service. If you have strong call center customer service experience, enjoy helping people, and are comfortable navigating multiple systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy, we want to hear from you.

Compensation & Incentive Opportunity Starting Pay: $15.00/hour Upon successful graduation from training, base pay increases to $16.50/hour. Eligible employees may also have the opportunity to earn performance incentives based on established attendance and performance requirements: Training & Nesting: Opportunity to earn up to an additional $2.00/hour Production: Opportunity to earn up to $18.50/hour, inclusive of applicable incentives Incentive eligibility, requirements, and payment are subject to program guidelines and will be communicated by Operations Leadership
