About the role

This role will join DoorDash's rapidly growing Dasher Fleet Growth team to hit our lofty acquisition and retention goals, both at the market-level, and at the global company-level at optimal efficiency. This individual will own market analysis, acquisition forecasts, and develop operational levers that allow DoorDash to achieve our driver acquisition goals and continue expanding across new business lines.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing strategy and executing tests and analyzing results that tie directly to business impact. They will think creatively and analytically, working collaboratively with Analytics, Strategy & Operations, Finance, and Performance Marketing. This candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
