The Senior Associate, Tax Reporting & Compliance supports the preparation and review of Match Group's tax accounting and compliance. This role contributes to ASC 740 tax accounting and reporting, including the preparation and review of tax accounts and related financial statement disclosures in accordance with GAAP and SEC requirements

The role

also supports Match Group's income tax compliance obligations, including the preparation, review, and filing of federal and state income tax returns and related estimated tax payments. In addition to supporting U.S. filing obligations this position also supports the local income tax filings of various foreign jurisdictions and the associated return to provision calculations.

How you'll make an impact: Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provisions (ASC 740) including deferred tax assets/liabilities, valuation allowances and effective tax rate reconciliations. Prepare and review assigned federal and state income tax compliance, including estimated payments and supporting workpapers. Review assigned foreign income tax return filings and the associated return to provision calculations.
