About the Position: PLR Recruitment Solutions, part of Stone Harbor Staffing Group, is looking for an Executive Recruiter who will be responsible for screening job applicants and qualifying them for assigned positions, evaluating both technical skills and soft skills. In addition, whenever required, the Executive Recruiter will be responsible for driving the candidate acquisition process by identifying and engaging top talent for a Strategic Business Unit (SBU).

Please note: This is a temporary position with an expected duration of four months. While the responsibilities closely align with a Sourcer role—primarily focused on identifying and engaging qualified talent—the external job title is listed as Executive Recruiter to better align with market standards and industry expectations within Life Sciences staffing
