JobGiant publishes a public job index plus guides and policy pages like this one. These rules govern that material. They are short on purpose, and they bind everyone who works on the site.
Every job listing traces back to a named source: an employer's applicant tracking feed, a public job API, or a job the employer posted on JobGiant directly. The source appears on the listing itself. Job descriptions are the employer's own words; we do not rewrite them, and we do not invent requirements, benefits, or pay that the posting does not contain. The data pipeline behind the index is described on our methodology page.
Anyone can report an error through the contact page: a wrong salary, a closed listing still showing, a misspelled company name. The research desk checks each report against the source feed. Confirmed errors in listing data are fixed at the next ingest run, and errors in written copy are fixed on the page itself with the last-updated date changed. We do not wait for a quota of complaints before acting.
Employers cannot pay to rank higher in search results or hub lists, which are ordered by recency and relevance rules that apply to everyone. If JobGiant ever runs paid placement, the item will carry a visible "Sponsored" label where it appears. No label, no payment: that is the test.
Counts and statistics on data pages are generated from the live database, but the words around them are written and reviewed by people. A person reads the rendered page before copy changes ship, and the research desk samples live listings by hand every week to confirm the automated rules behave as documented.
Send the page address, what is wrong, and what the page should say instead. A screenshot helps but is not required. Reports about listing data go to the research desk; reports about written pages go to the person who maintains that page. Either way you reach a human, and material errors are corrected rather than argued about.
JobGiant does not publish invented testimonials, stock photos presented as members, or made-up staff biographies. The only byline on the site today is the JobGiant Research Desk, because no named team member has approved a public bio yet. Employment guarantees are never made, on any page, for any service tier.
