Product Strategy Advisor - Cigna Global Health Benefits

POSITION SUMMARY: The Global Health Benefits (GHB) Product Strategy Advisor plays a key role in supporting Cigna Healthcare’s global product portfolio, with a focus on the Americas region and related GHB solutions. This role supports product strategy, day-to-day product management, operational execution, governance, compliance readiness, vendor oversight, and cross-functional enablement.

The advisor will partner closely with GHB Commercial, Client Solutions, Implementation, Operations, Clinical, Network, Underwriting, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Procurement, and external vendor partners to ensure assigned products are well documented, effectively governed, commercially supported, and aligned to customer and business needs.

Responsibilities

Product Management & Support Support lifecycle management for assigned GHB products, solutions, and benefit capabilities. Maintain Product Benefit Standard Guides (PBSGs), product playbooks, and related GHB reference materials. Maintain the Americas Product Knowledge Exchange page to keep product guidance current and accessible to internal stakeholders.

Manage the GHB product mailbox and provide timely, accurate responses or routing for product-related inquiries. Review product-related marketing and sales enablement collateral for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved product positioning. Support GHB Commercial Canada product enhancements, stakeholder coordination, readiness activities, and implementation follow-through.
